Weight management that takes your history seriously

Most women arriving here have done this before — more than once, and usually with a programme that sold encouragement instead of clinical care. MedicalWeightRx is structured the other way round. A U.S.-licensed physician reviews your assessment, decides whether a GLP-1 or Dual GIP/GLP-1 plan is appropriate, and the price is on the page before you start.

Your history is the input that matters

Pregnancy status, contraception, thyroid or PCOS diagnoses, current prescriptions, previous attempts and what happened with them. These change the clinical picture, and some of them change the answer outright. The assessment asks; answering completely is what makes the review useful.

What the medication is for

GLP-1 and Dual GIP/GLP-1 medications are prescribed here for weight management and act on appetite regulation. They are used alongside food and activity changes under physician supervision. They are not prescribed for cycles, fertility, hormones, mood or any condition, and we do not claim any effect on those.

No membership, no dose penalty

99/month for GLP-1 options and
99/month for Dual GIP/GLP-1 options, including consultation, medication, supplies and free discreet shipping. Your price stays the same as your dose is adjusted, and there is no separate programme fee.

Frequently asked questions

Can I take this while on birth control?
Include your contraception in the assessment along with everything else you take. The reviewing physician accounts for it.
What if I am pregnant or trying to conceive?
GLP-1 medications are not for use during pregnancy. Say so in the assessment — it directly affects whether treatment can be prescribed.
I have PCOS or a thyroid diagnosis. Does that disqualify me?
Not automatically, but it must be disclosed. See our PCOS and thyroid pages for how we frame those situations. A U.S.-licensed physician reviews your assessment and makes the final decision on whether treatment is appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
